Been working on a vexel drawing of DC's Power Girl lately, based on a pencil drawing I scanned, but I really wasn't happy with the face I had drawn to begin with. Now I have a nicely coloured body (which I'm very happy about the way it turned out) without a head. I've tried everything, redrawing a new one in PS, using blended-in photographs for reference etc, but I just can't seem to get it right. It really drives me mad!!! I just suck at faces, and 99% of the tutorials here on DA seem to be about Mangas, which are really not that useful for western-style comic faces...

Hmmm, damn. a couple of days ago I was browsing DA and I came across a nice coloring tutorial which used the Fantastic 4 as a lineart.

I forgot to add it to my favourites for further reading, and now I just can't seem to find that thing back. GRRRR!
All I remember is that one of the last panels showed how the light from the Human Torch reflected off of the other characters, and how to do that effect.

Meh, I guess it's lost forever, unless some of you happens to stumble across it and can kindly show me the link....

Argh, crap, nevermind!!! Of course I did bookmark the damn thing, so I just found it back, hehehe...
